Clothes from the category unlimited stuff, unique stuff and Second Life stuff: Your delivery will reach you within the next 3-5 working days.
Clothes from the limited stuff category: Your delivery will reach you within the next 5-14 working days.

We continuously make sure that we only purchase goods from experienced partners who are both reliable and comply with high quality guidelines, and always strive to ensure that every order is processed quickly and smoothly.
- Due to high demand, the delivery time can occasionally be 2-4 weeks.
Packaging:
We only send our clothes in compostable mailing bags. This means that after you have thrown yourself into your new piece of clothing, you can then use the shipping bag as a biowaste bag.

Shipping:
The shipping costs include packaging fees and postage costs. Shipping costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We therefore advise you to combine several items in one order.
From an order value of 75€ we ship FREE within Germany. Below an order value of €75, the shipping costs are €7.50 within Germany.
We have zoned our rates for shipping.

Of course, you can also send your item of clothing back to us if you don't like it. The revocation provisions apply to this. If you have any further questions, please read on HERE .
We take it for granted that if there is make-up residue, deodorant or stains/smudges/stains on the products then we will not be able to accept the return.
